| Contributing to development of human resources, OCCI conducts
wide-ranging Business Training Programs, those classified by levels of responsibilities
or those by fields of activities etc., with consideration also to the convenience
of programs participants making many of them a one day program while series of
courses and night courses are held. More than 3,000 persons a year take these
courses and are generally content with the strictly selected course programs,
as well as the high-level lecturers. With a newly adopted system to feed back
the results of studies at some courses to the trainees companies, such results

| This is a temporary dispatch system that enables an employer
to officially employ a candidate, on both side's agreement, only after the candidate
has worked forthe employer for a set trial period. Owing to this period for 'ascertainment',
the employer can more properly evaluate the candidate's ability and aptitude which
are difficult to assess, only by means of examining the personal history or bythe
results of tests and interviews for employment. DAISHO Career Selection targets on those career seekers of ages from 20 to 35 who have work experience in the same business for over 2 years. |
